Dancepark DJ Collective
Joining forces with the Collaborative Art Temple is Dancepark DJ Collective, made up of artists, scientists, engineers, and DJs who have a passion for sharing music and bringing a feel-good vibe wherever they go.
This band of creative artists has built a devoted fan base around the Bay Area playing house music, melodic house and deep house with sounds that reflect popular music from today to as far back as the 60s, 70s, and 80s. It's a sound that is soulful, joyful, welcoming and one that they share with communities all around the Bay Area, playing at events and festivals for more than seven years.
They have a deep love and passion for music but what drives them most is sharing music that brings people together and makes people dance and smile. Music and dancing is a great source of joy.
The group’s one-of-a-kind Pacific Art Car, designed and themed in the form of Neptune's Chariot, is their latest creative project. It iss 22 feet long, 7 feet wide, and 14 feet tall in the front section and is fashioned out of welded steel adorned with art representing Neptune's colorful world. It is built on a trailer frame, and is mobile and stable. This uniquely cool Dream Machine is pulled by four 8-foot-tall seahorses and covered with colorful lights.
The DJs spin tunes from inside the chariot, so bring your smile, lots of energy, and hit the dance floor with other fun-loving festivalgoers.
Going on throughout festival, Dancepark DJ Collective will be located on Main Street between Kelly Avenue and Mill Street at the festival’s northern entry/exit along with the Collective Art Temple.
