This year, festivalgoers can sip Half Moon Bay Winery’s Pumpkin Festival-label Monterey Red Blend (2022) — a commemorative release made just for the event. With rich flavors of plum, black cherry, and raspberry, and smooth notes of chocolate and vanilla, it’s a wine made for sharing during a coastal fall day. Bottles will also be available to take home at the Pumpkin Festival merchandise booth.

Also featured is the fresh and lively 2024 Monterey Sauvignon Blanc, with bright flavors of green apple, gooseberry, and lemon. Crisp and refreshing, it’s a perfect pairing for the festival’s famous seafood and fresh coastal fare.

Both wines will be poured by the glass ($10 per commemorative festival logo glass, $10 per pour) at wine booths hosted by the Half Moon Bay Coastside Chamber of Commerce, just steps away from the lounge.

Half Moon Bay Winery, founded by longtime Main Street preservationist Joe Cotchett, is dedicated to crafting wines that reflect the spirit of the Coastside — wines made to enjoy with the region’s signature produce and seafood, and wines that bring people together at events like this one.

So grab a glass, take a seat, and soak up the art, music, and flavors of Half Moon Bay.
